When you use the contact form, we may process your name, email address, company name and message.

When you request access, we may process your name, email address, company name, company registration number and the information you provide about how you want to use Vopty.

When you visit the website, technical information may be processed, such as IP address, browser, device, time of visit, pages visited and technical logs. The website also uses a necessary cookie to remember your selected light or dark theme.

We use Plausible Analytics to measure traffic. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It collects aggregated information such as page views, referrers, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country.

We use Sentry to capture technical errors and exceptions. Error reports may include technical metadata such as IP address, browser, device, page URL and a stack trace.

When you submit a form, we also briefly process your IP address to rate-limit requests (kept in memory, not stored persistently) and to verify the request is not automated via Google reCAPTCHA.

We process personal data to answer questions, handle access requests, set up and follow up trial accounts, communicate with you and protect the website against misuse or technical issues.

The legal basis is normally our legitimate interest in responding to requests and operating a secure website. When processing is needed to prepare or perform an agreement, we rely on contract as the legal basis. When the law requires certain processing, we rely on legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share personal data with suppliers that help us operate the website and manage technical infrastructure.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data, such as server logs, to deliver and protect the website.

We use Plausible Analytics for traffic measurement. Plausible is operated by Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia and stores data on servers in the European Union.

We use Sentry for error monitoring. Sentry stores error reports on servers in the United States.

Form submissions are sent via Microsoft Azure Communication Services to an internal Vopty inbox. We do not store form data in a separate database or CRM system.

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect forms from automated abuse. When you submit a form, your IP address and a reCAPTCHA token are sent to Google LLC in the United States, which assesses whether the request is human.

If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Contact and access requests are kept for as long as we need to handle the dialogue, follow up the request or meet legal requirements.

We will not retain personal data longer than necessary, and we will erase or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

Technical logs are kept according to our suppliers' routines and only for as long as needed for operation, troubleshooting and security.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you. You can also request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and object to certain processing.

If you believe that we process personal data incorrectly, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection or another competent supervisory authority.

The website uses one necessary cookie to remember your selected light or dark theme. The cookie is named vopty-theme and stores either "Light" or "Dark".

We use Plausible Analytics for traffic measurement. Plausible does not use cookies, so no analytics cookies are set.

Google reCAPTCHA v3 may set its own cookies on Google domains when its script loads on form pages. These cookies are necessary for bot detection to work.
