Organisational (Vopty customer) data on locations and vehicles
Location names (which organisations using Vopty service, e.g. deliveries and pickups) and their addresses
Route data, including stops, their order, and the route itself
Order data, including order number, dates, content (product type), volume and weight
User credentials, organisational data, locations names, route and order data are managed by each organisation using Vopty.
Vopty is currently used for B2B deliveries and pickups so we don not store any personal data related to locations, routes or orders.
We collect real-time location data only when a driver is actively on a route. This data collection continues until the route is completed, even if the app runs in the background. The driver can always control when the app is collecting location data through controlling when activating and deactivating the route. Our app operates on devices used by drivers within an organisation.
